5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the item must be handled as a return.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
After review, we will:
Replace the item
Issue a full refund
Or provide an alternative solution
We cover all costs if the issue is on our part.
