1. Eligibility for Returns

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order unless stated otherwise on the product page.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Opened or used products

  • Consumable or perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • A confirmation email will be sent regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the product arrived damaged.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Provide photos or videos showing the defect/damage.

  3. If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges for different colors, sizes, or products may require returning the original item following the standard return procedure.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the item must be handled as a return.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours)

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

After review, we will:

  • Replace the item

  • Issue a full refund

  • Or provide an alternative solution

We cover all costs if the issue is on our part.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Bright Lines LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

8. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • The item is returned in used or damaged condition

  • The customer provides incorrect shipping information

  • The return is initiated after the allowed timeframe

  • The product falls under the “Non-Returnable Items” category

9. International Orders

For international customers:

  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes are non-refundable
